The Uniqueness of the Brain Creation

The well-known neuroscientist David Ottoson (author of the "Challenges and Perspectives in Neuroscience) says in the introduction of the book: "It is impossible for neuroscientists at any day, whether at the present time or the future, to fathom the mysteries of the brain and reveal his secrets definitely and with no doubt, because the human brain cannot understand himself."

Is it Possible for Computers to Surpass the Brain's Performance in the Future?
Hans Moravec, a scientist specialized in both neurology and computer science, made a comparison between the most modern computers in the year 2000 and the human brain. In the comparison, he did not take a part of the brain to compare with the modern computer. He resorted to the retina because of the extreme complexity of the brain parts. He did so based on the fact that the retina is a part of the brain extending to the back of the eye. The result of the comparison implemented in the experiment is that the efficiency of the modern computer resembles the efficiency of the brain of a small ant. Also, if the progress of computers continued in this increasing pattern, it is expected that the efficiency of computers would reach the brain efficiency of the simplest reptiles (salamanders) after forty years, i.e. 2040.

As for the human brain, computer science cannot produce a machine that matches the brain's efficiency, neither now nor in the future, because the brain's efficiency matches a million of advanced computers working at the same time. If we assess the electric power consumed by these computers all at once, we will find out that it is about 100 thousand Amp, while the single human brain consumes 6 watt per minute (0.1 Amp).

The Accurate Creation of Nerve Fibers
Scientists tried in the sixties of the last century (in the American Neuroscience Research Centers) to produce cables to match the abilities of the nerve fibers. After years of profound studies, they found out that the resistance of a one-meter nerve fiber (that means a nerve fiber extending from the spinal cord to the sole) equals the resistance of its copper counterpart with a length that equals ten times the distance between the Earth and Mars, i.e. 10×1300 thousand kilometers. The miracle does not only lie in the resistance, but also in the fact that if you send a thousand volt signal through a wire of this huge cosmic length, it will disperse in this long distance and nothing will reach the other end. On the other hand, the signal sent through the spinal cord carrying 100 millivolt (0.1 volt) will arrive without losing any energy at the end of the nerve fiber in the feet. This fact compelled scientists to confirm the impossibility of imitating one nerve fiber. Thus, we cannot say that it is possible to imitate the brain and its cells, fibers and highly complex functions to a miraculous extent. In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful: "This is the creation of Allah. So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error." (Luqman: 11)

No human, regardless of his degree of knowledge and power of imagination, can visualize the brilliant complexity of the human brain. Scientists agree that the brain is the most complex creation of Almighty Allah in this universe. This is confirmed by the well-known neuroscientist Wilder Penfield when he said: "The human brain is a small universe; it is not less complex than the big universe. Just as like Allah manifests His glory to His creation in the big universe, He also is manifested in the small universe." The complexity level of the brain structure is enormous, the number of nerve cells in the human brain is ten thousand million nerve cells, an easy number to be pronounced but difficult to imagine. There are other cells in the brain that have the function of feeding and supporting neurons, their number is ten times of nerve cells (100 thousand million cells). As for the nerve fibers, it is enough to mention one aspect about them to imagine their complexity. For example, the Corpus Callosum contains 300 million nerve fibers, it links the right lobe with the left lobe of the brain, the number of nerve signals passing through it is 4 billion signals per second so that one lobe knows what the other one is doing!!!

There is another fact that shows the great complexity of nerve cells which is that each neuron receives ten thousand synapses coming from all parts of the brain, except for the frontal lobe and cerebellum. In the frontal lobe, each cell receives forty thousand synapses, but as for the cerebellum, one type of its five types of cells, namely the Purkinje cells - 30 million cells - each of them receives one million synapses!!

The Brain Controls the Various Functions of the Body
In the eighteenth century, the common belief in the scientific community was that functions are randomly distributed to the different areas of the brain, and there is no estimation or law for that. But it has changed in the mid-nineteenth century onwards as it has been proven beyond doubt that this theory is wrong, since there is a tight and accurate distribution of the various functions to specific areas of the brain. For example, the function of the occipital lobe – located in the back of the brain – is seeing in specific, while the functions of the frontal lobe are thinking, sound decision-making and handling part of the memory. Also, it contains the motor strip which controls the movement of the facing part of the body (the face and the upper and lower parts), and the same goes for the rest of parts. Almighty Allah says: "…and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination." (Al-Furqan: 2)

As for the emotions and human feelings, like love, hate, joy, sadness, anxiety and confidence and their relationship with the brain, there is a whole system in the depths of the brain called the Emotional Limbic System, its sole function is the emotions and feelings.

The Relationship between the Soul, Will and the Brain

There are several stages to determine this relationship through the development of neuroscience, which is still the main concern for many neuroscientists. In short, the soul - according to the data of modern science - dominates the brain in every sense of the word, the soul understands the brain's signals, and she directs him (i.e. the soul is the source of will) to do a certain act. It is like the relationship between a king and his soldiers.

Finally, the most appropriate conclusion is the words of Almighty Allah. In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful: "We have created you, so why do you not believe?" (Al-Waqi'ah)

The Prohibition of Carrion, Blood, the Flesh of Swine, and that which has been Acclaimed to Other than Allah Under..

Allah says in the qur’an what can be translated as:

“he has forbidden you only al-maitah (meat of a dead animal), blood, the flesh of swine, and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allah (or has been slaughtered for idols or on which allah's name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). but if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, and not transgressing – then, allah is oft-forgiving, most merciful.”

(surat an-nahl (the bees):115).

this ayah (verse) is found in the beginning of the last tenth of surat an-nahl, which is a makkan surah with 128 ayat.  it is named surat an-nahl (bees) because it embraces an ayah in which allah swt describes that he has gifted the female bee with the ability to gather nectar from the flowers, digest it, and make from it the sweet syrup we call honey.  that syrup is described as coming from the bee’s belly as a drink of different colors, wherein is a cure for mankind.

the theme of this surah revolves around two ideas: islamic creed, and the importance of good manners. these are two pillars of the great religion that allah swt revealed in stages on his prophets and messengers, until he completed the religion with the final revelation that came with the seal of all prophets and messengers, prophet muhammad son of abdullah saws.  in the surah’s discussion of islamic creed, the reader is called to reflect upon many of allah’s signs, creations and miracles in the universe presented in a strong scientific manner that exhibits both comprehensiveness and parsimony.  one such example is in the verse number 115 of the surah.

scientific miracles in ayah 115 of surat an-nahl

1.  the prohibition of carrion

the death of an animal before its slaughter could be due to its infliction with a certain disease or virus.  it could also be due to old age.  in truth, these two reasons are sufficient to prohibit this type of meat.  in addition, when an animal is dead without being properly slaughtered allowing its blood to drain from the body, then the blood will instead become trapped in the body.  this is a serious problem because blood carries body wastes including carbon dioxide, urea, uric acid, microorganisms, parasites, and the products of food assimilation and metabolism that are transported via the veins and arteries and their tributaries in the animals body. most of these substances have a potential to rot and decay if trapped in the body, especially if the body has been left for a period long enough to allow the start of its decay.  from this additional reason we see further wisdom and logic behind the divine prohibition of carrion.

2.  the prohibition of blood

blood is this dark red liquid which consists of a mixture of different cells.  the red blood cells form 45% of the blood volume (4 to 6 million per mm3) which contain high concentrations of hemoglobin that is responsible for carrying and delivering oxygen to the body’s cells.  blood also contains white blood cells which defend the body against invasion by microorganisms and parasites that inflict diseases.  the blood also contains platelets that form a platelet plug at the site of a wound or hemorrhage in order to allow the blood to clot.  these latter two types of cells each constitute less than 1% of the blood volume.  the rest of the blood, 54%, consists of plasma.  plasma is mostly water, and about 7% proteins (such as albumin, globulin, antibodies, carrier proteins, fat, vitamins, hormones, and sodium, calcium, potassium, iron, nickel, chlorine, and bicarbonate ions).  blood also carries toxic nitrogenous wastes produced by the cells, such as ammonia, urea, and uric acid, to be excreted by the kidney as urine.  this is in addition to the various free and dissolved gases in the blood’s plasma, and the live or dead viruses, bacteria, and parasites, as well as broken blood cells.  the heart pumps blood carrying beneficial substances such as oxygen and nutrients to the body cells.

all this reveals that blood can transmit serious diseases such as the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome or hiv, which is still considered an untreatable and fatal disease.

furthermore, there is the lymph which flows in the tributaries of the lymphatic ducts that eventually merge with the large blood vessels near the heart. these lymphatic vessels absorb the proteins that escape from the blood vessels and those in the intercellular tissues and matrix and return them to the blood stream at the right time, thus maintaining the chemical homeostasis that is vital for any living creature.  this is one of the most important roles of the lymphatic system.  the lymph itself is comprised of plasma, and some of the substances dissolved in it, as well as white blood cells and lymphocytes. lymphocytes are considered one of the body’s key defense players against disease.  in addition, there are also the lymph nodes, which are masses of lymphoid tissue located along the lymphatic vessels or existing independently such as the tonsils, the pharyngeal lymph nodes, the gastrointestinal lymph nodes, the thymus gland, and the spleen.  the primary role of the lymphatic glands is to defend the body since they possess such a large number of lymphocytes.  these glands work as filters to the gases and liquids that enter the body by selecting the impurities such as dust, viruses, bacteria, etc and storing them in the gland until antibodies are secreted to destroy them.

among the roles of blood in the liver, is the extraction of the amino group, nh2, released from the amino acids.  this process results in nitrogenous wastes, such as the ones discussed above, which the blood takes and carries to the kidneys for excretion.  thus, the excretory system, which includes the kidneys, together with the blood, help achieve the chemical balance of the body by excreting the waste products of metabolism.

as can be seen from the description above, the blood that is drained during the proper slaughter of an animal contains many bodily wastes, besides some of the dangerous substances it is already composed of. if these substances and wastes were to stay trapped in the animal’s body, they would clot with the blood that was on its way to the excretory organs.  after clotting, they would begin to rot and decay, which would result in yet another set of complicated poisons and harmful chemical products.  in addition to the bodily wastes contained in blood, we also mentioned that blood carries some viruses, bacteria, and parasites.  thus, we see the divine wisdom and logic behind the prohibition of blood.  however, we note that eating the liver or spleen of an animal that has been slaughtered according to islamic traditions is allowed in islam.  this is based on the hadith of prophet muhammad (saws), “we have been granted permission to eat two carrions and two bloods: the two carrions are fish and locusts, the two bloods are liver and spleen” (narrated by ahmed, ibn majjeh, baihaqi by way of ibn omar from the prophet saws)

3.  the prohibition of the flesh of swine

the qur'an describes the swine as a abomination in more than one location (surat al-baqara (the cow): 173" he has forbidden you only the maitah (dead animals), and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allâh (or has been slaughtered for idols, on which allâh’s name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). but if one is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience nor transgressing due limits, then there is no sin on him. truly, allâh is oft-forgiving, most merciful.",

al-ma'idah (the table spread with food):3 " forbidden to you (for food) are: al-maitah (the dead animals - cattle - beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which allâh’s name has not been mentioned while slaughtering, (that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allâh, or has been slaughtered for idols) and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns - and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal - unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) - and that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on an-nusub [1](stone-altars). (forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision; (all) that is fisqun (disobedience of allâh and sin). this day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion; so fear them not, but fear me. this day, i have perfected your religion for you, completed my favour upon you, and have chosen for you islâm as your religion. but as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above mentioned meats), then surely, allâh is oft-forgiving, most merciful.",

al-an'am (the cattale):145 " say (o muhammad pbuh): "i find not in that which has been revealed to me anything forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be maitah (a dead animal) or blood poured forth (by slaughtering or the like), or the flesh of swine (pork); for that surely is impure or impious (unlawful) meat (of an animal) which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allâh (or has been slaughtered for idols, or on which allâh’s name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). but whosoever is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits; (for him) certainly, your lord is oft-forgiving, most merciful."

an-nahl (the bees): 115 " he has forbidden you only al-maitah (meat of a dead animal), blood, the flesh of swine, and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allâh (or has been slaughtered for idols or on which allâh’s name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). but if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, and not transgressing, - then, allâh is oft-forgiving, most merciful."

in fact, the word used by allah in the qur'an to describe the swine is a very strong word that embodies such meanings as filthiness, ugliness, dirtiness, and sin.  it is such a strong description to describe the swine because of its lazy, greedy, and filthy habits.  swine feeds on almost anything whether it is plants, animals, garbage, rotten meat, and even its own waste and the waste of other animals.  this filthy diet is one of the reasons why the swine is responsible for transporting a number of serious diseases to man.

the swine is a placental mammal with split hooves that carry an even number of toes (four in the case of the swine) and are therefore known as the toed ungulates or even artiodactyla. toed ungulates existed on earth 50 million years ago from the beginning of the modern life era (early eocene epoch) until today. however, the swine is different from the rest of the animals in this group because of its filthy diet and the fact that it is non ruminatingþ.  the swine, like all other mammals, gives birth to babies.  it is ugly in appearance, and appears like a large mass with small legs.  its body is stout and covered by thick skin and coarse bristles. it has long snouts and strong canines.

swine include domestic and wild types all belonging to the families suidae and tayassuidae. the male swine is called a boar, while the female is called a sow.  the adult swine is known as hog, or “haloof” in arabic, a term used to describe all filth, evil, and selfishness.  in english, the word swine is used to refer to all types of pigs, male or female, domestic or wild, young or adult.  it is also used to refer to people who are evil at heart, greedy in charity, and filthy in appearance, or to describe a woman who is mean, of evil character, and who has no morality or virtues.  swine have been domesticated 11,000 years ago, and today more than 400 breeds are known.

due to the swine’s clear filthiness, and its habit to eat anything, it is thus very susceptible to disease, such as swine erysipelas (which is caused by certain bacteria which can be transmitted to humans), swine fever also known as hog cholera (caused by a virus found in dead, rotten bodies), swine vesicular disease which is similar to the well-known foot and mouth disease (which can be caused by a virus found in dead, rotten bodies or garbage, and which can be transmitted to humans if they eat swine meat or grease), among others.  this is in addition to various bacteria, viruses, parasites, and germs, that exist in swine flesh and cause infectious diseases in humans, and a number of carcinogenic agents, many of which pose a deadly threat to the human body.  among the most dangerous causes of disease in swine are the following:

a)    trichina worms, which are a type of nematoda (also known as round worms).  an example of a trichina worm is the trichinella spiralis, which is among one of the most harmful parasites known to man.  trichinella spiralis causes rheumatic pains, inflammation and swelling of the muscles and later fibrosis – a condition known as trichinellosis.  trichinosis occurs when the larvae spread to the muscles in the body.  the end result could mean a permanent handicap and lack of ability to move, and then death due to spread of infection to the brain, the spinal cord, and the meninges.  it is of utmost importance to note that the consumption of swine meat is the main, if not the sole, source of this serious disease in humans.

b)    the taenia solium, also known as the pork tape worm is the cause of a number of health conditions in humans, such as anemia, disturbances in the digestive system, colics, diarrhea, vomiting, severe depression, psychosis, and in severe cases it even causes epileptic fits and seizures.  the most dangerous fact about this worm is that its larvae reach the blood stream and spread to vital organs such as the brain, heart, liver, lungs, or spinal cord.  there, a larva becomes encysted and grows, thus causing pressure on the organ.  this eventually leads to death of the patient after a prolonged period of suffering.

c)     round worms such as the ascaris, hook worms, and schistosoma japonicum.  the latter causes severe hemorrhage which then leads to anemia.  if it reaches the brain or spinal cord, it causes complete paralysis followed by death.  some of the bacteria found in garbage and rotten animal meat that the swine feeds on is the cause of diseases such as brucellosis, erysipelas, and foot gangrene.  these are just a few examples of the long list of worms, germs, and bacteria that cause fatal diseases including laryngitis, tuberculosis,þ cholera, typhoid, pulmonary hemorrhage, and hepatomegaly (liver enlargement).

d)    balantidium coli causes balantidiasis presenting mainly as bloody diarrhea, tenesmus and abdominal cramps (dysentery). infection with balantidium coli can only come from the consumption of swine or the involvement in raising, slaughtering, or skin-stripping this animal.

e)    flat worms which cause diseases in the intestines, the stomach, the lungs, or the liver.  the swine can spread these worms in the environment and to those who eat its meat.

in addition to this list of worms that can cause diseases in humans, swine meat is also difficult to digest because it has high concentrations of fat compared to other animal meat.  moreover, swine fat is more saturated than any other animal fat, which is one of the reasons why it can cause gallbladder stones, biliary obstruction, arteriosclerosis and heart and circulatory system disease. this highly saturated swine fat can not be easily transformed into fat emulsion by the pancreatic juice and thus it is difficult to be absorbed. thus, the fat is forced to storage in its original form, as is, with all the harmful substances it contains.  it is important to note that most muslim scholars consider the term lahm al-khenzeer (the flesh of swine) used in the ayah as inclusive of swine meat and fat.

moreover, swine meat rots faster than any other meat.  it also has a stinky smell.  the strange thing is that satan not only succeeded in convincing non- muslims to eat the prohibited swine meat with all its harmful contents, but also he went so far as to convince them to eat its blood and fat in the form of black sausages.  black sausages are the swine’s intestines filled with its blood and fat, and because the sausages contain blood, therefore combines more than one prohibited food.

4.  the prohibition of that which has been acclaimed to other than allah

in the jahiliyya (the pre-islamic period), when the polytheists wanted to slaughter as an immolation to their idols, they would cry out loud the idol’s name at the time of slaughter.  this is called ihlal in arabic and means acclaim. this word was originally used to describe the cry given on first seeing the helal (crescent), and then was absolutely used for any cry given at surprise. thereafter, the word ihlal was used to describe any immolation whether or not the name of the idol was mentioned, and was cried out loud or whispered. it was even extended to include any slaughter whether or not for the sake of immolation. allah swt says in the qur’an what can be translated as "…and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than allâh…"  (surat an-nahl (the bees):115). this ayah of surat an-nahl is thus referring to the prohibition of that which has been acclaimed i.e. slaughtered to other than allah.  in fact, allah swt repeatedly mentions, in various other ayahs of the qur’an, the importance of saying his name at every slaughter. the following are translations of some:

-         “…but pronounce the name of allâh over it, and fear allâh. verily, allâh is swift in reckoning."” (surat al-mâidah (the table):4).

-         “so eat of that (meat) on which allah's name has been pronounced (while slaughtering the animal), if you are believers in his ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.).and why should you not eat of that (meat) on which allah's name has been pronounced (at the time of slaughtering the animal), while he has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity?...” (surat al-an'âm (the cattle):118-119).

-         “and the budn (cows, oxen, or camels driven to be offered as sacrifices by the pilgrims at the sanctuary of makkah), we have made them for you as among the symbols of allah; wherein you have much good. so mention the name of allah over them when they are drawn up in lines (for sacrifice).” (surat al-hajj (the pilgrimage):36).

in a research project coordinated at several universities in syria, twenty prominent physicians, vets, pharmacists and scientists found that saying bismillah allahu akbar (in the name of allah, allah is the greatest) at the slaughter of an animal sterilizes and disinfects the animal’s body contrary to cases where allah’s name is not mentioned at the time of slaughter.  dr. khaled halawa, the spokesman for this group of researchers, explains that several repeated experiments over a research period of three years showed that the tissues of the animals that did not have allah’s name mentioned at their slaughter were congested with blood, and were colonized with some types of bacteria as streptococci, e. coli, and others. on the other hand, the meat of the animal that had been slaughtered with the mention of bismillah allah akbar was pure and clean, and completely drained of all blood and germs.

dr. foad ne’ma, professor of veterinary at the university of damascus, sheds light on this phenomenon by explaining that the animal that is slaughtered after the deceleration of bismillah allahu akbar, goes through a series of strong trembles, which is what, causes the blood to drain so well.  miraculously, this strong tremble is not exhibited in animals that are slaughtered without the mention of allah’s name.  thus, although allowing the blood to drain in the process of a good slaughter rids the animal of most of its blood with all its harmful substances, it does not rid it of all of it.  dr. nabil al-shereef, ex-dean of the faculty of pharmaceutical sciences at the university of damascus, explains in detail the systematized approach the researchers used in their study before reaching these astonishing results.

based on this brief discussion, we see the clear wisdom and logic behind the prohibition of carrion, blood, swine flesh, and that which has been acclaimed to other than allah. the facts presented are so miraculous that if this was the only scientific miracle in the qur’an, then it would have been enough evidence that this book contains the words of allah (swt), the creator, revealed to prophet muhammad saws the seal of his prophets and messengers.  this is another sign that it is he swt who preserved his book in the original arabic language it was revealed in - word for word, letter for letter - for the past fourteen centuries and more, and that it is he swt who will continue to preserve the qur’an until allah swt inherits the earth and all that is living on it to the end of all time.  this ayah of surat an-nahl (the bees) is evidence that these words could not be the words of prophet muhammad saws, but are in fact a divine revelation from allah swt. prayers and blessings be upon our prophet muhammad saws, his kin and companions and all who follow his right way and call with his invocation until the day of judgment.

River Under The Sea (Miracle Of Quraan)

Refer from Quran :

 Surah Rahman 25:53

And it is He Who has let free the two seas: one palatable and sweet, and the other salty and bitter; and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them.

Science From Quran.

In Islam, there is no conflict between faith in God and modern scientific knowledge. Indeed, for many centuries during the Middle Ages, Muslims led the world in scientific inquiry and exploration. The Quran itself, revealed 14 centuries ago, contains many scientific facts and imagery that are supported by modern findings.
The Quran instructs Muslims to "contemplate the wonders of creation" (Quran 3:191). The entire universe, which was created by Allah, follows and obeys His laws. Muslims are encouraged to seek knowledge, explore the universe, and find the "Signs of Allah" in His creation. Allah says:
"Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the night and the day; in the sailing of ships through the ocean, for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds, and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth; here indeed are Signs for a people that are wise" (Quran 2:164)
For a book revealed in the 7th century C.E., the Quran contains many scientifically-accurate statements. Among them:

Creation :

"Do not the unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together, then We split them apart? And We made from water every living thing…" (21:30).
"And Allah has created every animal from water. Of them there are some that creep on their bellies, some that walk on two legs, and some that walk on four..." (24:45)
"See they not how Allah originates creation, then repeats it? Truly that is easy for Allah" (29:19).

Astronomy :

"It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. All (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course" (21:33).
"It is not permitted for the sun to catch up to the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day. Each just swims along in its own orbit" (36:40).
"He created the heavens and the earth in true proportions. He makes the night overlap the day, and the day overlap the night. He has subjected the sun and the moon to His law; each one follows a course for a time appointed..." (39:5).
"The sun and the moon follow courses exactly computed" (55:5).

Geology :

"You see the mountains and think they are firmly fixed. But they pass away just as the clouds pass away. Such is the artistry of Allah, Who disposes of all things in perfect order" (27:88).

Fetal Development :

"Man We did create from a quintessence of clay. Then we placed him as a drop of sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed. Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood. Then out of that clot We made a fetus lump. Then We made out of that lump bones, and clothed the bones with flesh. Then We developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the Best to create!" (23:12-14).
"But He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him of His spirit. And He gave you hearing, and sight, and understanding" (32:9).
"That He did create the pairs, male and female, from a sperm-drop when lodged in its place" (53:45-46).
"Was he not a drop of sperm emitted, then did he become a leach-like clot. Then did Allah make and fashion him in due proportion. And of him He made two sexes, male and female" (75:37-39).
"He makes you in the wombs of your mothers in stages, one after another, in three veils of darkness" (39:6)

Allah S.W.T Best Inventors

We take medical... And we forget about given from Allah...or some of you still dont know about it...below is about something important that we need to know.

carrot

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

tomato
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.

grapes
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food .

walnut
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney Beans
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys .

Celery
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

avocado
Eggplant, Avocadoes and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

figs
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm cells to overcome male sterility.

lemon
Grapefruits, Oranges, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts .

onions
Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

sweet potatoes
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.

olives
Olives assist the health and function of the ovarie

Fingerprints in Quraan.

A man came to the prophet, with a dead bones and ask him O Mohammed do you say that Allah (God) will bring me back to life after i become like this dead Bones. Then Allah (God) reply with this verse in the holy Qur'an:
Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. (Quran 75:4)
This emphasis on finger print has a very special meaning, this is because every one's finger print is unique to himself, every person who is alive or who has ever lived in this world, has a set of unique finger prints, that is why the finger prints are accepted as a very important identity exclusive to the owner, and it is used for this purpose around the World.
Scientific facts
  • Finger prints are formed in the embryo at the fourth month, and remain fixed and distinct all along man’s life.
  • Finger prints are a record of curvatures that arise due to the fusion between the epidermis with the dermis.
  • These curvatures differ from one person to another, and they never match or correspond among all humans.
  • Finger prints have become the best method to identify persons.  In 858, the English Scientist, William Herschel, pointed out that finger prints differ with the difference of their holders, thus rendering them as distinctive feature evidence for each person.

Allah says in the Holy Quran :
“I do swear by the Day of Resurrection.  I do swear by the reproachful soul.  Does man reckon We shall not gather his bones?  Yes indeed; We are able to shape again the tips of his fingers.” (75: 1-4)
  • Physicians conducted wide anatomical studies on a large number of people of different nationalities and ages, and they were confronted with the scientific fact to which they bowed their heads, and in submission they testified that no one is ever able to make similar all finger prints scattering all over the universe not even among two persons.
  • Here it is noticed that the verse speaks also of the recreation of all finger tips, and not only one.  The word fingertips refer to all hand fingers. So shaping them again after being scattered all over the universe on Resurrection Day is a sign of Allah’s almighty power.  This is but one side of Allah’s ability to resurrect people on Doomsday with their identifiable parts after annihilation.
  • Therefore, it is not surprising that fingertips are one of Allah’s signs that contain the secret of His creation, and certify to the entity of the person without any confusion, thus becoming the most genuine testimony in this world and the Hereafter.  The finger print is also a demonstration of Allah’s greatness of shaping such lines on a very small space no more than few square centimeters.
Is it not a wonderful scientific miracle in which the power of Allah the Almighty is evident ?  Praise be to Allah the Almighty Who says;
“Soon will We show them our signs in the furthest horizons, and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth” (41: 53)

Sensitivities Skin In Quraan.

Dr. Tagata Tagasone: Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammad Rasool Allah!
This man is uttering the Islamic creed (Shahaadah) and declaring that he is becoming a Muslim. This occurred during the Eighth Saudi Medical Conference which was convened in Riyadh. He is Professor Tagata Tagasone, formerly Head of the Department of Anatomy and Embryology at the University of Shiang Mai in Thailand. He is now the Dean of the College of the Medicine at the University.

We presented to Professor Tagasone some Quraanic verses and Prophetic Ahadeeth which deal with his specialization in the field of anatomy. He commented that they also had in their Buddhist books very accurate descriptions of embryonic developmental stages. We told him that we were very anxious and interested to see those descriptions and learn about these books. A year later, Professor came to King Abdul Aziz University as an outside examiner. We reminded him of the statement he made one year before, but he apologized and said that he in fact had made that statement without ascertaining the matter. However, when he checked the Buddhist books he found that they contained nothing of relevance to the subject.

Upon this we presented to him a lecture written by Professor Keith Moore about the compatibility of modern embryology with what is contained in the Quraan and the Sunnah and we asked Professor Tagasone if he knew of Professor Keith Moore. He replied that he knew him of course, adding that Professor Moore was one of the most world-renowned scientists in that field.
When Professor Tagasone studied this article he also was greatly astonished. We asked him several questions in his field of specialization. One of the questions pertained to modern discoveries in dermatology about the sensory characteristics of the skin.
Dr. Tagasone responded: Yes if the burn is deep.
It was stated to Dr. Tagasone: You will be interested to know that in this book, the Holy book the Quraan, there was a reference 1400 years ago which refers to the moment of punishment of the unbelievers by the fire of Hell and it states that when their skin is destroyed, Allah makes another skin for them so that they perceive the punishment by a fire, indicating knowledge about the nerve endings in the skin, and the verse is:
"Those who reject our signs. We shall soon cast into the fire; as often as their skins are roasted through. We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the chastisement: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise" (Quran 4:56).
So do you agree that this is a reference to the importance of the nerve endings in the skin in sensation, 1400 years ago?
Dr. Tagasone responded: Yes I agree. This knowledge about sensation had been known long before. Because it says that if somebody does something wrong, then he will be punished by burning his skin and then Allah puts a new skin in him, cover him, to make him know that the test is painful again. That means they knew many years ago that the receptor of pain sensation must be on the skin, so they put a new skin on.
The skin is the center of sensitivity to burns. Thus, if the skin is completely burnt by fire, it looses its sensitivity. It is for this reason that Allah will punish the unbelievers on the Day of Judgement by returning to them their skins time after time, as He, the Exalted and Glorified, said in the Quraan:
«"Those who reject our signs. We shall soon cast into the fire; as often as their skins are roasted through. We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the chastisement: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise"» (Quran 4:56).
We asked him the following question: ‘Is it possible that these verses came to the Prophet Muhammad, (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), from a human source?
Professor Tagasone conceded that they could have never come from any human source. But he still asked about the source of that knowledge and from where could Muhammad have possibly received it? We said, From Allah, the Most Glorified and Most Exalted. Then he asked: But who is Allah? We replied: He is the Creator of all that is in existence. If you find wisdom then it is because it comes only from the one Who is Most Wise. If you find knowledge in the making of this universe, it is because the universe is the creation of the One Who has all the knowledge. If you find perfection in the composition of these creations, then it is proof to you that it is the creation of the One Who Knows Best. And if you find mercy, then this bears witness to the fact that it is the creation of the One Who is Most Merciful. In the same way, if you perceive creation as belonging to one unified order and tied together firmly, then this is proof that it is the creation of the Only Creator, May He be Glorified and Exalted.
«"This is no less than a reminder to (all) the worlds. And you shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while."» (Quran 38:87-88).
